It’s only when stress becomes overwhelming, it can damage your health, mind and quality of life. Stress can cause anxiety, panic, depression and often diminishes confidence and selfesteem. This course will teach you simple, effective mind and body techniques to help reduce stress levels and put your life and work in more balance, more manageable, productive and enjoyable.
